Across the country, Young Professionals Networks are helping shape the future of real estate by creating opportunities for members to connect with their peers, grow professionally and become more involved in their associations.
Each year, the National Association of REALTORS® recognizes five outstanding state and local YPNs through its Network of the Year Awards. The awards celebrate networks that demonstrate a strong commitment to engaging young professionals and advancing YPN’s mission.
The awards recognize networks of all sizes, from smaller local associations to statewide organizations. Winners are selected based on their efforts to recruit and engage members, encourage participation in the industry and create opportunities for professional growth. Community involvement and leadership development are also important components of a thriving YPN.
The 2026 winners were recognized during NAR NXT 2026, held in New Orleans.

Building the Future of YPN
YPNs play an important role in developing the next generation of real estate leaders. Through their involvement, members have opportunities to build meaningful professional relationships and find ways to make an impact beyond their day-to-day business.
The Network of the Year Awards celebrate the dedication of YPN volunteers and leaders who make those opportunities possible. Whether a network is just getting started or has been serving members for years, its success depends on people willing to invest their time in strengthening the profession and supporting one another.
Congratulations to all five 2026 winners! Their recognition is a reminder of the important role YPNs play in building a stronger real estate community.
