YPN leaders: As the spring market starts to heat up, you’re likely searching for ways to not only get your YPN members involved, but also support them in their businesses. So we’ve compiled a few event ideas from other YPN groups that will help you keep your YPN active, involved, and beneficial to your members.
1. Creative Marketing on a Budget.
Who wouldn’t benefit from this? Kudos to the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® YPN for this business-building breakfast event.
I hope to see everyone there! #ypn #breakfast #young #professionals #network #business #realestate #marketing #media #myrtlebeach #ccar pic.twitter.com/kT8oK35LGg

2. Wake Up YPN.
Has your YPN group thrown a breakfast event yet? They are the growing trend that’s gained traction with great feedback from members. Take a look at some photos from the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® YPN event. Also, check out YPN Lounge blogger Rebecca Donatelli’s recent post about the Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS® successful Wake Up YPN event. She gives a few tips and nuggets of advice for pulling it off.
Our first Wake Up #YPN networking breakfast was a success! Thank you all for joining us and a special thank you to Harrison Beacher, @nardotrealtor‘s YPN Advisory Board Member, for sharing great business tips with us. #SABOR #RealtorLife #NAR pic.twitter.com/jEvnX0aWN6

3. Authentic Prospecting.
This event by the Greater Nashville REALTORS® YPN is guaranteed to resonate with your YPN members, newcomers and veterans alike. Again, business-building themes are hot this spring.
We hope to see you this afternoon at Diskin Cider for our YPN Event: How to Sell Without Being “Sales-y” Workshop & Networking. The cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. See you soon!!! pic.twitter.com/ZdhMk0IEzp

4. Give Your YPN a Boost.
Our neighbors to the north at the Ontario Real Estate Association just threw their annual YPN Boost Social event. It’s a celebration of the groups’ achievements and members, offering both networking and education components.
OREA YPN BOOST EVENT tickets are going quick. Don’t miss out on this amazing event – BUY NOW!!! https://t.co/1iuHw1yOP4 #RealEstate #YPN #Ontario pic.twitter.com/XTRhwWlH6d

5. Use Video to Promote Events.
This last idea isn’t as much about hosting a top producer panel or a St. Patrick’s Day mixer as it is about marketing past events to draw attention to new ones coming up. The Southwest Riverside County Association of REALTORS® YPN in California has captured professional-quality video footage of its events to share after the fact as eye-catching promotional materials.
Thank you again to our panelist and everyone in attendance last week for our Top Producer Panel Event.
Looking forward to seen everyone at our Mixer Thursday March 14, 2019 at The Shamrock – Irish Pub & Eatery ? https://t.co/GpMxX3kGQ1
